Kia ora! I am Stuti Tiwari, a motivated and caring student studying the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. My interest in healthcare is driven by a strong sense of responsibility to others, grounded in empathy and integrity. I am particularly concerned about the inequities in healthcare experienced across communities in Aotearoa New Zealand.
I see myself as a consistent and reliable person, whether in my approach to health, education, or the time I dedicate to the people I care about. My curiosity often leads me beyond the classroom, from exploring Greek mythology to tutoring mathematics and building apps— reflecting my enjoyment of learning across disciplines. Being awarded the scholarship to IIT universities in India is a unique and uplifting opportunity, one that I intend to make full use of before returning to contribute meaningfully to Aotearoa.
