About the programme

Through this programme students develop a better understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion through a leadership lens. Developed by Diversity Abroad, the programme provides participants with inclusive leadership skills and global competencies so they can thrive in their communities, campus, and work teams.

Over X University of Auckland students have participated in this virtual programme since 2020.
