Fudan University, China
Introduction
Kia Ora!
I’m Celine, a fourth-year student studying a conjoint of BCom/BGlobalSt here in Auckland! I have a vast interest in learning languages and traveling, especially trying various local cuisines.
For my upcoming semester, I’m trading the Kiwi life for the bright lights of Shanghai, China, where I will be honoured to attend the lovely Fudan University. I am eager to experience a different student lifestyle while connecting with a part of my cultural heritage! By the end of my exchange, I hope my Mandarin speaking skills will have somewhat improved, and maybe even pick up a dialect or two.
But let’s be honest, this adventure is all about indulging in China’s incredible cuisine! Food is a window into culture, and China’s diverse cuisine is particularly exciting! I’d love to document my exploration of local markets, hidden restaurants, and must-try dishes, showcasing the unique flavours of Shanghai surroundings!
Join me on my little adventures in Shanghai. I’ll be snapping pics of everything from drool-worthy food to stunning scenery. Let’s explore the hidden gems of Shanghai together, one delicious bite at a time!

I was shocked to discover that the average temperature was 35-38 degrees!! I was mentally prepared to take on this heat, but the physical temperature was too much to handle. This…Continue…

Initially, I planned to use my elective and general education credits to take fun courses. However, due to cross-crediting requirements, I opted for business papers to make things easier for…Continue…
