Poem: Dragon Warrior

Six weeks of Herculean effort,

Encountering trials of Agni on the body and mind,

Atop Mount Olympus, the dragon scroll is what we find.

The most arduous journey,

Leaving carbon footprints externally,

Uncovering spiritual signposts internally.

Songs of sonder,

Lost in translation,

Found in adoration.

Immersed within a Thali of plurality,

Smelling richness within spirituality,

Tasting unity within diversity.

In the deep slumber of life,

A blacksmith lucidly forges,

From:

alternate pasts

and untaken paths,

A harmonious future of changes.

After a masterclass in entrepreneurship,

After embodying the magic in the mundane citizenship,

After an immersive dance with the rich tapestry of fellowship.

What’s our excuse?

In crossing the Rubicon River,

Souvenirs of conversations are looted treasures,

And the love left behind could never be measured.
